Steven is committed to building and growing the company, as he foresees opportunities in the local and regional markets for Quan Mei. Steven began his career as an interior designer, and his love for aesthetics has led to the company’s success today. As Director, he leads the company in business development and steers his Creative and Project Management teams to strive for the best for their clients.
Every project constructed by Quan Mei has helped cement its reputation in the past three decades.
Working alongside his brother Steven, Alan oversees Quan Mei’s residential and commercial work involving complex installations, such as indoor ventilation systems, plumbing, and energy management.
Alan is the Project Manager for two of Quan Mei’s clients in the automotive industry; he also assists in maintaining the safety standards of the company, by keeping abreast of relevant developments and requirements, and ensuring that Quan Mei adopts the necessary safety measures for all its projects.
Having trained in drafting and design, Wilfred is responsible for incorporating design elements in construction details. He also handles site management and project management, and has brought many projects in the commercial sector to completion.
Through his experience, he has honed the ability to work efficiently, and is constantly discovering new ways to help clients maximise their time and cost.
A skilled carpenter with an eye for detail, Pooi is able to spot feasibility issues in any plan and suggest alternative solutions to achieve the intended results.
He is also a dedicated project manager who takes full ownership of each project under his care.
